Interconnectedness and Interdependence

Interconnectedness and Interdependence

All Nature is one!

Ecologists have shown us the extent to which everything is both connected and dependent. Nothing exists in isolation.

Within each organism there are parts which need to work together in a balanced way. For us, the most complex of organisms, that means mind, body, emotions and spirit. If there is a lack of balance within the organism it becomes diseased. Equally the way we connect with our communities and with Nature can lead to either harmony and health, or to disease.

At this event we will explore the harmony principles of interconnectedness and interdependence and the ways in which they relate to our own health. How can we find more balance and harmony both within the organism, and in our relationships with other people and our environment?
